Welcome to our website. These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can order and purchase goods from our company online. By using our website and purchasing a product from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.

1 Products and offers
1.1 All items offered by Aesthetics Experts are described as completely as possible and in good faith. The images and descriptions are presented in such a way that they give a realistic picture of the product that you are going to buy. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors do not bind Aesthetics Experts.

1.2 All items on our website are offered while stocks last. If a product is temporarily or permanently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Aesthetics Experts cannot be held liable for any damage that may result from the temporary or permanent unavailability of an item.

2 Formation of the agreement
2.1 All offers from Aesthetics Experts are without obligation and we expressly reserve the right to change prices or reduce quantities.

2.2 By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you are making a binding offer. You can review and change your order at any time before clicking this button.
After we have received your purchase offer, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. This message does not constitute an acceptance of your offer. The purchase agreement has not yet been concluded. The purchase agreement is considered concluded as soon as you receive a delivery confirmation.

3 Terms of delivery and shipping costs
3.1 . If products are not available due to circumstances beyond Aesthetics Experts' control, Aesthetics Experts reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, there is no right to compensation. The customer will be informed of this immediately. The same applies if delivery is significantly hampered or made impossible by force majeure or other unforeseen events such as water damage, fire, earthquakes, official orders, etc.

Deliveries over a value of €500 for private customers and €1,000 for business customers will only be delivered with a signature from the recipient. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to request signatures for deliveries in individual cases for an additional fee.

We are not liable for theft or any other loss of your packages after it has been proven that they have been delivered. There is no right to compensation. In such cases, we will place an investigation order on your behalf with our shipping service provider. This usually takes two weeks and you will be informed immediately of the results of this investigation.

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances for which Aesthetics Experts is not responsible, there is no right to compensation. This applies to both standard and express delivery.

We will pass your email address and phone number to our shipping service provider so that you can receive information about the status of your delivery.


4 Payment
4.1 All prices on AestheticsExperts.nl include the applicable tax at that time. Prices are subject to change and errors. The prices at the time of the order apply. Aesthetics Experts can only accept the payment methods that are offered as part of the order. Aesthetics Experts reserves the right to exclude payment methods without giving reasons. The following payment methods are available in our store: iDEAL, Card, PayPal, SEPA Bank Transfer, SOFORT Banking (Klarna), Pay now (Klarna), Pay in 3 installments (Klarna), Buy on account (Klarna), Bancontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Pay Button. The purchase price must be paid immediately. The order will only be shipped after receipt of payment. More information about payment options can be found here.

5 Warranty
5.1 As a consumer, you must check the goods for completeness, visible defects and transport damage immediately upon delivery and report any complaints to us as soon as possible. There is a period of up to 7 days within which you can inform us of the aforementioned damage. If you do not report it on time, the warranty claim will lapse.

5.2 If the delivered goods are defective, we will initially grant a guarantee to entrepreneurs of our choice by remedying the defect (rectification) or by delivering a replacement product. If the remedying of the defect fails, you can demand a discount or terminate the contract at your own discretion. The remedying of the defect is deemed to have failed after a second failed attempt, unless the nature of the item, the defect or other circumstances indicate otherwise. In the event of the remedying of defects, we are not obliged to bear the higher costs incurred by transporting the goods to a place other than the place of performance, provided that this transport does not correspond to the intended use of the goods.

6 Liability
6.1 Although the content of this website has been compiled with the utmost care, Aesthetics Experts excludes all liability for inaccuracies, incompleteness and any consequences of acting on the basis of the information available on the website. Advice given to you by our support team is only a general guideline and cannot be equated with a diagnosis by a professional. The use of our products should always be done in consultation with a doctor.

7 Cancellation Policy
7.1 Below you will receive instructions on the statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day on which you receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Aesthetics Experts) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement sent by e-mail. You may use this model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
No refunds can be made for returned goods where the seal has been removed after delivery.

7.2 Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (up to a maximum of the costs of our standard delivery, even if you have chosen express delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the repayment.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

8 Applicable law
8.1 All disputes arising from offers from Aesthetics Experts, agreements or these general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

8.2 Aesthetics Experts is entitled to arbitrate all disputes arising in connection with offers, agreements or these general terms and conditions.

Ja, al onze producten, waaronder dermal fillers en skinboosters, zijn CE-gecertificeerd en voldoen aan de Europese veiligheidsnormen.​

U kunt eenvoudig een bestelling plaatsen via onze website. Selecteer de gewenste producten, voeg ze toe aan uw winkelwagen en volg de stappen in het afrekenproces.

Wij accepteren diverse betaalmethoden, waaronder iDEAL, creditcard en bankoverschrijving. Alle transacties zijn beveiligd.

Voor bestellingen boven €300 bieden wij gratis verzending aan. Bestellingen worden doorgaans binnen 1-2 werkdagen geleverd, afhankelijk van de bestemming.

Vanwege de aard van onze producten accepteren wij alleen retourzendingen als de producten ongeopend en in originele staat zijn. Neem binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst contact met ons op voor retourinstructies.

Hoewel wij geen directe trainingen aanbieden, kunnen wij u doorverwijzen naar erkende trainingsinstituten voor professionele opleidingen in het gebruik van onze producten.
